Before the decade runs out, AI will shape the future of companies, industries and employees- for better or worse- depending on how they respond to it. At African Leadership Group, we understand the importance of being on the right side of history, and we believe that our young leaders on this continent can drive the 4th industrial revolution. This is why we’re training thousands of young Africans alx_africa in programs like data science, software engineering, cloud computing, Salesforce, etc. But that’s not where it ends. It is our belief that the leaders who will truly digitally transform Africa will be more than just tech talent. They will be servant leaders, innovative thinkers, communicators, team players and collaborators- equipped with both the technical and soft skills that they require to remain adaptable and change the world. I shared this perspective recently with the 30,000 young people we recently onboarded into our technology training program at alx_africa and I am looking forward to witnessing their impact on our new world. How are you responding to the tech revolution?#technology #ai #tech #leaders #africa
