January 2017, once again #Worldstrides, collaborated with Medgar Evers College to produce an experiential learning experience for students that was life-changing. The experience started in Santiago, Chile where students visited two Universities, two business ventures, and were invited guests to a reception hosted by international start-ups in the “Start-Up Chile “ program.

In Costa Rica, students visited a growth venture, in addition to local start-ups. Students also participated in a special local meeting on the need for investment in tourism in Costa Rica led by Mr. Winston Norman, UNIA President.
